Martin Andrews is Partner / Adviser of AW Financial Management LLP a successful, directly regulated IFA practice based in Kent, which was formed to facilitate the merger of MAA Ltd which he founded in 1995 with another IFA firm. Previous to this he was with Barclays Insurance Services for 8 years. In 2004, frustrated with the ongoing cost element and general complexities of back office systems on the market, he set about creating his own system with the help of his brother, Simon.
Simon Andrews has over 15 years experience in data management and processing. He is no stranger to the world of finance having served for 5 years as a dealer on the London Stock Exchange. He is the applications architect and also personally supports the products.
